Returns and Refunds policy


We have a 7 calendar day return policy, which means you have 7 calendar days from the date of your delivery, after receiving your item, to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed, unused, clean, with tags. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return proces, please contact us at support@rebelfitnessco.com. Please input "Exchange" or "Return" in the subject of the email, to facilitate identification. Your name, order number, contact phone number and reason for the exchange must be listed in the email. We do not exchange orders outside Republic of Ireland. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Shipping costs for returning or exchanging items are paid by customer. Damaged items or items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

In all cases of exchange, the products must be returned to Rebel Fitness Co. with the invoice, in the original packaging, with all labels (composition, sizes, tags affixed to the piece), unworn, unwashed, clean, without any indication of use, bad smell or damage. Without any evidence of adjustments or changes made to the piece by the customer. Our analysis is extremely rigorous and if the part is not intact, we will not make the exchange nor accept the return, we will send the item/s back to the customer under same conditions. Rebel Fitness Co. Reserves all rights to refuse refund and/or exchange if above mentioned terms are not fulfilled.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 calendar days from the date of your delivery if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If the defect is a consequence of the misuse of the item or mishandling in the washing, the exchange will not be carried out because it does not characterize a manufacturing defect, see washing instruction on the item label.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, discounts or gift cards.

Important: The exchange or return will not be accepted when:

- The defect reported by the customer is not found.

- The product is not accompanied by the invoice, packaging, accessories and all original labels.

- There is evidence of improper use of the product.

- There is evidence of accidental damage, bad smell or stains.

- Natural wear is found as a result of use. 

The purchase is international.

In these cases above, the products will be returned to the customer under the same conditions.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
